Rachael is a certified trauma-informed coach and former teacher with extensive
experience across education, social services, and child protection. She specialises in emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and neuro-affirming mental health support for children and young people.
With four years’ experience working within social services and formal study in child protection during her final year at university, she brings a robust safeguarding, trauma-aware and child-centred foundation to her work in schools.
She is trained in numerous modalities, including energetics, subconscious programming, hypnosis, NLP, EFT, breathwork, and Human Design, to name but a few, integrating these approaches to help children understand how they are uniquely wired to process emotion, stress, learning, and decision making.
