My personal journey of self-development, my path as Mum to twins plus one, and my experience with young people in education have brought me to this destination:

A passionate Next Gen Mems Mental Health Empowerment Mentor. All children and young people face pressures, struggles, traumas, school stress, family separation, grief, identity, ADHD, friendship distress, lack of confidence, and low self-esteem, etc. I firmly believe all children and young people can thrive; we support them with nurturing and tools to help them sail these rocky seas, guiding and equipping them to find their inner strength and beauty. We help them to develop confidence in who they are and to value their individuality. Ultimately, to become the master of their own ship, to set the sails and face any storms with resilience, self-belief and confidence. Children are the future and deserve the lifelong skills to thrive.
