Hi, I’m Clare, based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, and mum to two amazing children aged 17 and 9.

I’m a Next Gen Mental Health Empowerment Mentor, Belief Coding Facilitator, Reiki II and Reiki Drum Practitioner. I’m currently completing the Advanced and the Masters Belief Coding trainings to enable me to support a wider community and facilitate deeper healing journeys.

Through life experiences and professional training, I’ve seen how trauma and mental health challenges can affect a child so deeply and destructively and how that can then ripple through their entire family. These are what have shaped my passion to help the younger generation.

I’m dedicated to creating safe, nurturing spaces where children feel seen, heard, valued and supported as they learn about their own feelings and emotions and build confidence, resilience, and a stronger belief in themselves. Every child is unique and so is how they feel, so that’s where the care begins, at their pace and in their direction, whilst showing them how amazing they actually are!
