Hi, I’m Catherin.e I’m based in Cardiff, South Wales.

I am a Mum, Reiki master and soon to be a qualified Next Gen Mental Health Empowerment Mentor and Belief Code facilitator.

I am trauma-informed and passionate about helping families and children of all ages work on whatever is holding them back or making them unhappy.

I would love to bring all the healing techniques I have learnt through training and life experience to help anyone who needs it,  to build confidence, resilience and self-belief and hopefully have some fun along the way or at least put a smile back on some faces.

I am experienced working online and in person & I would love to help as many people as I can.
