Amanda is a Hertfordshire-based mother to a 13-year-old boy and an aspiring next-generation mentor. She is currently completing her belief coding accreditation while studying to support children and young people through gentle, confidence-building mentoring.
Amanda’s journey into mentoring is deeply personal. Growing up, she struggled with anxiety and was later diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood. These experiences, alongside her role as a mother, have shaped her strong desire to support children in ways she once needed herself.
With a calm, safe, and nurturing approach, Amanda is passionate about helping children and young people build self-belief, emotional well-being, and confidence. She is dedicated to helping them feel seen, heard, and understood, while guiding them to reconnect with their inner strengths.
Amanda believes every child deserves to feel worthy, supported, and empowered as they grow into resilient, authentic individuals who can thrive at home, at school, and within their communities.
