Based in Morecambe, I am proud to be part of the Next Gen Mem program. My professional background is rooted in 8 years of supporting primary school families, alongside experience in NHS mental health services, delivering CBT interventions to those aged 16 and over. This diverse experience has given me a deep understanding of the mental health landscape across different age groups. I am now dedicated to my training as a Next Gen Mem, where I aim to use my skills to foster resilience and well-being in children and young people.
