I am based in Ascot, Berkshire. I am a Certified Parent Coach, Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, Belief Coder, and Next Generation Mental Health Empowerment Mentor (MEM), with additional qualifications and experience in Early Years and Mental Health, Safeguarding, and SEND practice.

I have always been passionate about supporting children and young people. From my early days as a bully-line counsellor at school, to volunteering with street children in Brazil, nannying, and more recently managing a nursery, I gained extensive experience helping people feel safe, heard, and valued. I have also spent many years working in the TV industry, which taught me valuable skills in navigating complex situations, understanding different cultures, and connecting with others, all of which enrich the way I can now support children and families today.

I provide a non-judgemental, safe, and empowering space where children and young people can feel comfortable to be themselves, explore their thoughts and emotions, and build confidence in who they are. My work is not about ‘fixing’; it is about empowering, helping children to recognise their strengths and understand their emotions, while developing resilience. Sessions are designed to feel positive, engaging, and supportive, so children leave smiling, feeling proud of themselves, and excited to share what they have been doing.

Where appropriate, I also integrate my Parent Coaching and Belief Coding training to work with the child’s whole family and wider support network, ensuring consistency and understanding beyond our sessions.

I am deeply passionate about changing the perception of mental health, supporting the next generation, and helping young people turn the support they receive today into a stronger, brighter future.
